NPC team win CEP Euro Cup qualifier at Stirling

A huge congratulations to the team from Newtongrange PC on winning the qualifier for the Euro Cup for Clubs, at Stirling last weekend.

After landing in the top 4 placings from a previous qualification round, teams of 8 players from Newtongrange, Perth, East Lothian, and Inverleith took part in the two day event. The format involved each team playing every other team, in 6 Singles, 3 Doubles, and 2 Triples matches - all un-timed, first to 13 points.

After an absolutely outstanding performance, NPC came away with 3 wins, the other teams having 1 win each.

Scott B, Steve H, Alex H, Liz H, Jane M, Andy R, June R and Kaye S will now represent Scotland in the CEP Euro Cup for Clubs, in France in November 2025.
