Several NPC teams made the long journey to Macduff, on the Murray coast, for the SPA Triples competitions. An interesting piste to say the least - felt more like golf, with all those undulations!

NPC went down to Moffat to compete in the EuroCup qualifier. The top four teams from the Cup For Clubs competition earlier in the year were taking part, and the winners would represent Scotland in the EuroCup competition in France!

A number of our members have made the long trip up to Fochabers, in Moray, near Elgin, for their club event.

A big thank you to all the members of the public who turned out to compete in our Gala Week competition.

Congratulations to Steve H and June R, who both narrowly missed out on the medal positions in the SPA Men’s and Women’s Singles Competitions, which took place at Inverleith Petanque Club in Edinbugh.

Triple H do the double and win the Club Triples competition! This time the team line-up was Sandy H, Steven H & Tony W.

Congratulations to the winners of the Winter League, Triple H (Sandy H, Steve H, Ian H) who came away with the trophy.

Entries are now invited for the NPC Winter Triples League. The closing date for teams to get their entries in will be 5pm on Saturday 2nd December 2023.

Congratulations to Nitten Belles (Liz H and June R), who won the NPC Doubles Championship final against Claddagh (Tony W and Clare W).

Sunday 12th November at 1pm will see the NPC Doubles Championship final take place. Both teams have played some excellent matches against strong opposition, and now they face each other in a match that is eagerly awaited.

This Saturday sees players from Penicuik, Roslin and Newtongrange battle it out to win the Midlothian Singles trophy. The format will be four groups of 4 players, with the top 2 from each group heading through to the knockout stages.
